Personalising Learning
De Ferrers has completely geared its whole working structure towards achieving Personalised Learning (PL) for all. This is built around the 9 learning gateways, shown below grouped into the 4 'Deep' areas. With the introduction of its revolutionary TLR structure with a new curriculum to match, the college wishes to share its findings with all.
