EU Settlement Status

As you know, the EU Settlement Scheme allows EU, EEA and Swiss citizens and their non-EEA family members to get the immigration status they need to live, work and study in the UK beyond 30th June 2021.

Children of all ages (21 and under) require their own immigration status and are not covered by their parent's application.  An application must be made for every eligible child within a family.
