Update 9th November 2021:
Lots of exciting activities are running during weekends, after school and holiday periods for young people and their families.
The activities which are commissioned by Staffordshire County Council include sports, soft play, day trips, horse riding and friendship clubs.
The activities are open to young people from Staffordshire aged 0-18 who have a disability or additional support need.
Although many of the young people who take part will have a diagnosis in place, this isn’t a requirement and young people who are awaiting a diagnosis or those who have lower level support needs are also very welcome to take part.
Some activities are designed just for young people to attend independently but others are open to the whole family.
