Ex- de Ferrers Students Lead the Way.

Danielle Walker and Reece Russell came back to The Academy today to work with GCSE Food Technology and GCSE Catering students. These ex-students started their food careers five years ago in The Design & Technology Faculty and having successfully achieved their GCSE Catering award they both went on to gain further Catering qualifications and are now at University College Birmingham studying for a degree in this field. Our Year 11 students watched in amazement as they were treated to a culinary display resulting in a beautiful Lemon Sole Mousseline to taste test..... Danielle and Reece were truly inspiring!
