30% Examination (1 hour 30 min written exam paper in Unit 1 – Anatomy and Physiology – Externally marked)
30% Set task (2 hour 30 min written scenario task in Unit 2 Fitness training and programming completed in exam conditions – Externally marked)

40% Assignment (Written assignments – Internally marked & Externally verified)
